  1. Introduction

It is important that you read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy, before you apply so that you understand fully the commitment we make to you as a provider of Stock Strategies Courses, and your obligations to us. Among other things, it explains who we are, how we will deliver pre-recorded online courses to you, and what to do if there is a problem or you wish to make a complaint. If you think that there is a mistake in these Terms, please contact us to discuss. These Terms form the basis of the relationship between Goldman Seeds Management (“GS” and/or “we”) and any applicant (“you”/”your”) for one of our online pre-recorded courses.

  5. Accounts
  6. 3.1. You need an account for most activities on our platform, including to purchase and enroll in a course or to submit a course for publication. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You have complete responsibility for your account and everything that happens on your account, including for any harm or damage (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your permission. This means you need to be careful with your password. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you such access unless you can provide us with the information that we need to prove you are the owner of that account. In the event of the death of a user, the account of that user will be closed.

    3.2. You may not share your account login credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for what happens with your account and GS will not intervene in disputes between students or instructors who have shared account login credentials. You must notify us immediately upon learning that someone else may be using your account without your permission (or if you suspect any other breach of security) by contacting our Support Team. We may request some information from you to confirm that you are indeed the owner of your account.

  7. Purchasing of Courses
  8. 4.1. To purchase our course, you need to register online through our Website (www.goldmanseeds.courses) and provide all necessary details.

    4.2. You must submit the courses of your choice for the first time purchase if there’s any promotion involved.

    4.3. In legal, more complete terms, GS grants you (as a student) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the courses and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular courses or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a GS authorized representative.

    4.4. If your Registration is incomplete, we will attempt to contact you to clarify and/or complete the missing information.

  9. Our Courses
  10. 5.1. Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, we reserve the right to correct any typographical, clerical or other error or omission on our Website or in any sales literature, quotation, Course Fees list, invoice, leaflet or other document or other information we issue, providing the correction does not materially affect the purchase of courses between GS and you.

    5.2. Requirements for Courses. Our courses do not include provision of equipment such as computer, laptops or any trading platform.

    5.3. We may refer you to content on Non-GS sites; we do not accept any liability for any content or technical difficulties you experience on any such sites.

    5.4. You must NOT copy (except that you have our permission), reproduce, translate, adapt, vary or modify any of the Course Materials, Videos or Documents, nor communicate them or it to any third party, without our prior written consent or

    5.5. Remove, adapt or otherwise tamper with any copyright or trade mark notice, legend or logo which appears as part of the Course Materials.

  11. Changes to the Courses
  12. 6.1. Our rights to make changes to the Courses: We may change elements of the Courses for various reasons including legal and regulatory changes; correcting errors or omissions; or making adjustments or improvements to the course content or teaching methods.

    6.2. Withdrawing the Course : We reserve the right to make more significant changes such as withdrawing a Course entirely before you have purchased.

  13. Payment, Credits and Refunds
  14. 7.1. Pricing

    7.1.1. We regularly run promotions and sales for our courses and certain courses are only available at discounted prices for a set period of time. The price applicable to a course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course (at checkout). Any price offered for a particular course may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available only to new users.

    7.2. Payments

    7.2.1. You agree to pay the fees for courses that you purchase, and you authorize us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as direct debit, online payment) for those fees. GS works with third party payment processing partners to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. Check out our Privacy Policy for more details.

    7.2.2. When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the course you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any course for which we have not received adequate payment.

    7.3. Refunds

    7.3.1. Any payments made in accordance with this Terms of services shall, once they are paid, not be refundable nor creditable for any reason whatsoever. However, if a course you previously purchased is disabled for legal or policy reasons, you are entitled to a refund with written request.

    7.3.2. To request a refund, please send your request email to our customer support (support@goldmanseeds.courses) and we shall guide you through the refund process. At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of a course that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny your refund, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.

  15. Intellectual Property Rights
  16. 8.1. Ownership. The intellectual property in the courses, course materials belong to us. You acknowledge that :

    8.1.1. all intellectual property rights used by or subsisting in the Courses and Course Materials are, and shall remain, our exclusive property;

    8.1.2. rights to access and to use the Course and Course Materials are licensed to you;

    8.1.3. you have no rights in, or to, the Course and Course Materials other than to use it for the purposes of your studies; and

    8.1.4. you will not at any time make any unauthorised use of, or copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any aspect of the Course and Course Materials containing such intellectual property rights, nor authorise or permit any person to do so.

  17. Referral a Friend
  18. 9.1. Successfully referring 4 friends to our course could mean a RM1,600 course rebate for you.

    9.2. You are eligible to obtain our “scholarship fund” if you have achieved the referral requirements as listed in the website.

    9.3. All referrals must be made online our website through your referral code. No other forms of referral will be accepted.

    9.4. To receive any course rebates or scholarship, purchase has to be made and paid in full by the referee.

    9.5. Issuing of course rebates and scholarship will be within 30 days’ time upon successfully meeting and achieving the required terms and conditions.

    10.2.2. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge and agree that no promise or guarantee of success or profitability has been made between you and GS. Testimonials as presented may not be representative of all reasonably comparative clients.

    10.2.3. You agree and acknowledge further that the trading signals provided to you by GS (trading signals) are not, and are not intended to be, an offer or solicitation to enter into any options/futures transaction, or any type of trading or investment advice, recommendation or strategy. You acknowledge that it is solely your decision to determine which, if any, GS trading signals to use for trading (whether actual or simulated) at a Brokerage, Futures Commission Merchant or other financial institution (collectively referred to as “Financial Institution”), and whether to send all, some, or none of the GS trading signals to such Financial Institutions
